HOBBS tutorial

This tutorial follows the programming model developed in the HOBBS paper, but uses the current package syntax where the interface has evolved.

A HOBBS program has four main layers:

  1. Declare the state with param and dparam.
  2. Write reusable posterior calculations with func.
  3. Define a local target for each coordinate with block.
  4. Maintain expensive deterministic quantities with cache and update when recomputing them would be wasteful.

The current package also lets each continuous parameter declaration choose sampler=rwmh or sampler=slice.
